HOW DO I ACCESS THE GYM?
 

After you have signed up you can download the Evofit connect app from the app stores and use your mobile phone to scan in through the access gates at reception. We will also need to give you a membership card when you arrive at reception for your first visit. The membership card can also be used to scan in.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD?
 

No problem, just ask at reception to purchase a replacement card for £5.

IS THERE FREE PARKING?
 

Yes, ample free on-site parking.
 

HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?
 

You can book and manage all classes via the Evofit connect members app. Click here for more details.

 

ARE THERE LOCKERS?
 

Yes, secure lockers are provided in the changing rooms.

 

WHAT ARE IN YOUR CHANGING ROOMS?
 

Showers, lockers, Hair straighteners, Hair dryers, Saunas. Basically everything you need to get you looking and feeling great after a good workout.

 

HOW DO I LEARN TO SQUAT CORRECTLY?
 

Simply, you ask a member of our fitness team to show you, we love a good squat. Or give our Squat Club class a go.

 

DO YOU HAVE A LADIES ONLY AREA?

We don’t believe in ladies only areas. Women can stand alongside men in everyday life and the gym, So why would we create a ladies only area? We actively encourage all women to workout alongside men as this is healthy and the way it should be. We will provide support for anyone nervous or new to the gym (Male or Female) to help get them started.

 

DO YOU SELL DRINKS?
 

Yes, we source the best fitness products and water in the form of drinks and snacks in our self-serve vending machine at reception which accepts cash or contactless payments.

 

DO YOU HAVE PERSONAL TRAINERS?
 

Yes, we have the best PT’s in the business waiting to help you reach your goals. Click here to view them.
 

WHAT’S THE BEST DIET TO LOSE WEIGHT?
 

We don’t believe that one diet fits all, everyone is unique and requires individualised nutritional plans. Our Personal Trainers are the best guys to contact.

 

WHAT SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER NEW MEMBERS?

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
 

Monday to Friday - 6.00pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday - 9am to 4pm.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSIEST TIMES?
 

Usually, between 5.30pm to 8pm are our busiest times. This can vary during holiday periods. We do have lots of equipment and lots of fitness classes per week to cater for demand during busy times.
